DENVER, Sept. 17, 2025 — Shelton Capital Management (“Shelton”) has crossed a new milestone: the Shelton Equity Income Fund (EQTIX) now exceeds $1 billion in assets. Coming on the heels of the September 8th debut of the Shelton Equity Premium Income ETF (SEPI), the news highlights the firm’s expanding equity income lineup and continued growth.

“Reaching the $1 billion mark in EQTIX reflects the strength of our approach seeking to deliver consistent cash flow while managing equity risk,” said Barry Martin, CFA, Portfolio Manager of the Shelton Equity Income Fund. “For income-focused investors, our strategy continues to resonate—particularly in an environment where quality yield is increasingly difficult to find.”

EQTIX invests primarily in income-producing U.S. equity securities. Among its top holdings are Microsoft, Apple, NVIDIA, Meta, Amazon, and Broadcom. In addition, the Fund uses options strategies, including selling covered call options, to generate additional cash flow income and enhance distribution rates to shareholders. As of June 30, 2025, the Fund’s Morningstar trailing 12-month yield was 9.36%.*

The Fund maintains a 5-star Overall Morningstar Rating™ among 74 Derivative Income funds, based on risk-adjusted returns as of 6/30/2025, and has outperformed the CBOE BuyWrite Index over the 1-, 3-, 5-, and 10-year periods.

Shelton’s equity income product suite now includes EQTIX, the newly launched SEPI ETF, and the Shelton Equity Income SMA strategy.

Options involve risk and are not suitable for everyone. Prior to buying or selling an option, your client must receive a copy ofCHARACTERISTICS AND RISKS OF STANDARDIZED OPTIONS.

Investments in derivatives may be riskier than other types of investments. They may be more sensitive to changes in economic or market conditions than other types of investments. Many derivatives create leverage, which could lead to greater volatility and losses that significantly exceed the original investment. Positions in equity options can reduce equity market risk, but can limit the opportunity to profit from an increase in the market value of stocks in exchange for upfront cash at the time of selling the call option. Unusual market conditions or the lack of a ready market for any particular option at a specific time may reduce the effectiveness of option strategies and could result in losses. Investors can lose premium paid to purchase the option if it is not exercised.
